All purchases are shipped from our warehouse located in Delhi, India via courier. Please allow the following number of days from the receipt of your order for delivery:
- India-wide Delivery: 3 to 7 business days.
Orders will be delivered between 9 AM and 8 PM from Monday to Saturday. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you’re unavailable to sign for the delivery, please ensure that an alternative person (such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor) is available to receive the package on your behalf.
Please note that Wasma is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative person.
Once the goods are delivered, Wasma is not responsible for any damage that may occur after delivery.
In case of shortages or damages, please report the issue to customer service on the same day of delivery to ensure proper handling of your claim.
