Return, Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
At Wasma, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. If you have any concerns, grievances, or feedback regarding your purchase or experience with us, please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase at support@wasma.in.
We take all necessary precautions to ensure that the prices of products listed on our website are accurate and up-to-date, and that the products are available in our store. However, due to technical or other unforeseen issues, there may be occasions where the prices displayed on our website are incorrect or outdated, or the product is out of stock. In such cases, even after you have received a booking confirmation and completed your payment, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
To process your refund, we may ask you to provide the payment method details used for your purchase. Once we have the required details, we will process the refund within 15-20 working days.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product was received damaged.
If you wish to exchange a product, please email us at support@wasma.in within 30 days of your purchase. Include the following information with your email:
- A photo of the product.
- A copy of the purchase bill.
- A copy of your passport.
- A brief explanation of why you’re requesting the exchange.
After receiving your request, we may ask for additional information. Based on our internal review and approval, we will notify you of the decision within 21 working days.
If an exchange is approved, you can claim it during your next international trip (or that of your family or friends) from the same store (arrivals or departures). Please inform us at least 7 days before travel at support@wasma.in so we can make necessary arrangements. If the exact product is unavailable, you can choose another product of the same or higher value. If you select a higher-priced item, you’ll need to pay the price difference at the store.
Return Policy
A return is only possible if you’ve received a product that differs from what was billed to you. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@wasma.in within 30 days of your purchase and provide the following:
- A photo of the product.
- A copy of the purchase bill.
- A copy of your passport.
- A reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll need to send the product to our office. We will inspect the product and issue a refund in the same manner and through the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Please note that in all cases of exchanges and returns, the product must be in its original condition: unused, unaltered, and with all labels/tags intact. If the product does not meet these requirements, we may deny the exchange or refund, even if previously approved.
Important Notes
- Right to Modify Terms: We reserve the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time, or to cancel any booking or purchase, either online or offline, without prior notice.
- Customs Regulations: All purchases, whether online or offline, are subject to applicable customs regulations. Adherence to these regulations is your responsibility. We will not be held liable if you purchase more products than what is permitted under applicable laws.
- Uncollected Products: If you are unable to collect the product(s) booked online, your order will be cancelled. Due to customs regulations, we cannot deliver uncollected products to an alternative address. Products can only be collected from the designated collection point at the airport.
- Product Images: The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that the product will appear exactly as shown.
- Force Majeure: We will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, riots, natural disasters, pandemics, or failure of telecommunications and supplier delays.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy and your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
